WooFinance ("WooFinance", "the app", "we") is a native macOS and iOS application that reads data from your own WooCommerce store and shows you financial analytics. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
When you connect a store, you provide a WooCommerce REST API consumer key and secret that you generate in your own store. We recommend read-only keys. Using those keys, the app reads order, product, refund and tax data needed to calculate revenue, costs and profit. This data is fetched on demand and held in memory (and an on-device cache) to render the screens you open.
Nowhere except between your Mac and your own store. The app communicates directly with the store URL you enter over HTTPS. We do not operate a backend that receives, stores, or relays your store data. We do not sell or share your data with any third party.
Your store URL and API keys are stored in the device Keychain on your device. They are used only to authenticate requests to your store and are never transmitted to us.
Paid plans are sold through Apple's App Store. Purchases, renewals and the free trial are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive only the anonymous entitlement status needed to unlock features (via Apple's StoreKit); we do not receive your payment information.
The macOS app includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. The iOS app uses Adapty (to operate subscriptions) and Google Firebase (anonymous app-usage and subscription analytics) so we can understand how features are used and run the subscription. These services collect a device identifier, in-app usage events and purchase events. This data is not linked to your identity and is never used for cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking. Your store figures, API credentials and your customers' details are never sent to these services. If you contact support by email, we will see the information you choose to include in your message.
WooFinance is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

This website (woofinanceapp.webkodingtheme.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, to see which pages and referring sites bring people here, and to record when a visitor taps through to the App Store. It collects the page viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referring site. IP addresses are anonymised, and Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are switched off — this data is never used to build an advertising profile and is never joined to anything you do inside the app. See Google’s privacy policy.
