Terms of Use

Last updated: June 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WooFinance for Mac application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard EULA, subject to these Terms.

Your store and credentials

You are responsible for the WooCommerce store you connect and for the API credentials you generate. We strongly recommend using read-only keys. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for complying with the terms of your store platform and hosting provider.

Subscriptions, trial and billing

Accuracy and "as is"

WooFinance presents calculations based on the data your store returns and the costs and settings you enter (such as cost of goods and expenses). The figures are provided for informational purposes only and are not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for business, accounting or tax decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooFinance and WebKoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app.

No money movement

The app is read-only by design and does not, and cannot, transfer funds, execute transactions, or modify your store's orders or payment data.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
